Meet the Team
Beginning his career with a successful 20+ year tenure with Aetna, Mark has worked in U.S. and international markets in sales, service operations, business development, employee benefits, third party administration and agency operation. He has also led several mergers and acquisitions and their subsequent integrations.
Continuing his career, Mark has worked extensively in healthcare consulting, technology and solutions. He has experience managing all aspects of payer, provider and customer services in healthcare and related markets, where his focus was on improving relationships, operational services and client satisfaction. Mark has met with success throughout his career in developing multi-year operating plans and implementing strategies to create new products and services. He prides himself on the ability to assess all options of a situation with a customer-centric view.
Dan joins IPMG having spent the last seven years as a brokerage manager for a large individual life and disability carrier. His role was primarily to grow brokerage sales and further develop their field representatives’ knowledge base. Before starting his career in the insurance business, Dan graduated from Indiana University in 2010 with a Bachelor of Science in Public Affairs.
Dan now is an account executive for IPMG’s EBS division, tasked with growing the self-insured program along with ICRMT Employee Benefit Program.
Jack has been in the insurance industry since 1983 and specifically with TPAs for 28 years. Prior to working in the insurance industry, Jack taught and coached in Missouri Public Schools for 10 years holding BS and MA degrees.
Cheri holds an associate degree in Health information Technology from The Ultimate Medical Academy and has completed and holds her federal certification as a registered health information technologist through American Health Information Management Association (AHIMA).
Prior to joining IPMG in 2013, Jennifer has had over 15 years of client and customer service in various industries. She has since operated as both Team Lead Eligibility and Supervisor of Eligibility & Client Service until she was promoted to Account Manager where she assists her clients with their day-to-day requests.
Outside of work, she loves spending time with her family, whether it is camping in the woods or taking day trips to Chicago exploring the museums and zoos.
Outside of work, it’s family and friends and travel that feature on the priority list.
Diane came to IPMG from a privately-owned start-up mobile phlebotomy company, where she led a customer centric start-up of the company. She’s been in the health and services industry for most of her career. She also has experience as a Customer Service Operations Manager at Vein Clinics of America, Client Services Manager at Northwestern Medicine’s Health Lab and award-winning Benefit Advocate Supervisor at Christian Brothers Services – a nonprofit religious trust. Prior to that, she spent 15 years in the laboratory industry holding various positions in sales, service and management. Diane holds a Bachelor of Arts degree, majoring in Business Management and English and minoring in sociology.
Kristie joined IPMG in 2014 and brings 20+ years of claim operation experience in the insurance industry. She began her career as a claim analyst and through her career has worked with both fully insured and self-insured claim operations; the last 10 years in operations management. Kristie holds a bachelor’s degree from Western Illinois University and has completed several industry specific course studies to secure both the Associate, Life and Health Claims (ALHC) and Fellow, Life Management Institute (FLMI) designations.
